How to Register for a Class:

Online- Registration is easy using PayPal. Click on the appropropriate box under each class and follow the instructions.

In Person- Stop by Bloomington Art Center between 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

By Mail- Print out the registration form, fill it in, and mail it with your check or credit card information to:

By Phone- Call us during office hours at 952-563-8587. Phone registrations accepted only when guaranteed by credit card (American Express, Visa, M/C or Discover).

By Fax- Fax your completed registration form to 952-563-8576. Fax registrations accepted only when guaranteed by credit card (American Express, Visa, M/C or Discover).

Register Early! Your full payment of tuition to BAC secures your reservation. You will not be sent a confirmation notice. You will be notified if a class is canceled. Please register at least one week prior to the start date. BAC reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment.

Priority Registration BAC Members receive priority registration. The first two weeks of registration will be reserved for BAC members only. Non-member registrations will be processed after this date. Members also receive a 10% discount off class fees.

Payment Options- Financial arrangements can be made for persons who cannot make the fee in one payment.

Scholarships are available - call to obtain a scholarship application.

Residency Policy- You do not have to be a resident of Bloomington or a member of the Art Center in order to participate in our classes, workshops or the exhibition program.

Materials- All Materials for adult classes, unless otherwise noted, will be supplied by the students at their own expense. Materials for children's classes are included in the cost of the class unless otherwise noted.

Refund Policy- Students canceling less than two (2) working days prior to the first class meeting or workshop will not be eligible for a tuition refund. A $5.00 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations or voluntary transfers to other classes. Processing of refunds takes about three weeks from the end of the first week of classes. Memberships are not refundable regardless of status of class.
