How to Register for a Class

Online- Registration is quick and easy using
Bloomington Box Office.

In Person- 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

By Mail- Print out the registration form, fill it in, and mail it with your check or credit card information to:

By Phone- Call us during office hours at 952-563-8587. Phone registrations accepted only with full payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).

Register for Multiple Classes! and receive a 10% discount. Register for more than one class listed in each course catalog and receive a 10% discount (some restrictions apply).

Registration Policies

Your full payment of tuition to BTAC secures your reservation. You will not be sent a confirmation notice.

Please register at least one week prior to the start date.

BTAC reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. You will be notified if a class is canceled.

Scholarships are available - call to obtain a scholarship application.

Residency Policy- You do not have to be a resident of Bloomington or a member of the Art Center in order to participate in our classes, workshops or the exhibition program.

Materials- All Materials for adult classes, unless otherwise noted, will be supplied by the students at their own expense. Materials for children's classes are included in the cost of the class unless otherwise noted.

Absentee Policy- No Refunds for Missed Classes or Late Registrations

Refund and Exchange Policies

Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Season TIckets: Season ticket holders may exchange tickets for another performance of the same show (subject to availability). Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance.

Class Registrations: If you cancel your registration, we will refund your tuition (less a $15 administration fee and less any related discount for multiple registrations) provided you cancel 5 or more business days prior to the start of the class. Cancellation after that time will not be eligible for a refund. Membership fees are not refundable.

Class fees cannot be prorated for missed classes or late registrations.

Gift Shop: Purchases from our gift shop can be returned or exchanged within seven days from the date of purchase.The original receipt must caccompany the return.
