Summer fun at Bloomington Art Center!
Bloomington Art Center's Summer Art Camps will be online by the end of the day, February 18. (BAC will be closed on Monday, February 16 for President's Day.)

Bloomington Art Center Summer Art Camps:

• Register for the grade the child will be entering in the Fall.
• Children may register for more than one week, if desired.
• Camps are taught by professional artists/instructors.
• Ratio of class size to instructor is 12:1 for Pre-K and 15:1 for older youth.
• The summer camps schedule will be online by the end of the day on February 18 (Summer Catalogs mailed mid April).

This year BAC has expanded its art offerings through the City of Bloomington’s Summer Spectrum program.

Summer Spectrum Art Camps:

• Register for the grade the child will be entering in the Fall.
• Children may register for more than one week, if desired.
• Camps are taught by professional artists/instructors.
• Online registration begins March 14 at 9:00 a.m. www.ci.bloomington.mn.us (keywords “Online Program Registration”).
• Super Sign-up Saturday is March 14, 9:00-10:00 a.m., at Bloomington Civic Plaza.
• Summer Spectrum web site www.ci.bloomington.mn.us (keyword “Spectrum”).

Summer Art Camps for youth will begin the week of June 15th and run through August 28th. Here are the options for each age group:

Pre-K (children ages 3½ - 5)

• BAC Summer Art Camps
  Monday through Friday, June 15-August 28, 10:00 a.m.-Noon
  Multimedia classes based on a different theme each week.
  Register through BAC (online February 18, Summer Catalog mailed mid April)

Grades 1-5

• Summer Spectrum Art Camps (taught by BAC instructors)
  Monday through Friday, June 15-August 21, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
  Register for these camps through Summer Spectrum.
• Art Sandbox at BAC
  Monday through Friday, August 24-28, 10:00 a.m.-Noon
  Come play in our sandbox! A different activity each day - a potpourri of art experiences to cap off your summer.
  Register through BAC (online February 18, Summer Catalog mailed mid April)
  

Grades 6-8
